These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of homedesignvisionary.com and the renovation services provided by Home Design Visionary, LLC ("Home Design Visionary," "we," "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Home Design Visionary provides home renovation, remodeling, and related installation and maintenance services, including but not limited to interior renovation, exterior and garden renovation, roofing, solar, windows, flooring, bathroom remodeling, and security and fire-system installation. The specific scope, price, and schedule for your project are defined in a signed written agreement, which controls over these Terms in the event of conflict.

2. Website Content & Estimates

Content on this website — including package pricing, timelines, and imagery — is provided for general information. All prices shown are starting points and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding quote is issued only in writing after an on-site walkthrough.

3. Quotes, Contracts & Payment

• Written quotes are valid for 30 days and are fixed-price for the stated scope.
• Projects typically proceed against a milestone payment schedule defined in your agreement.
• Change orders must be approved in writing and will state the exact cost and schedule impact before related work begins.
• Late payments may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

4. Scheduling & On-Time Guarantee

Project dates are set in your signed agreement. Subject to force majeure events (severe weather, natural disasters, supply-chain failures beyond our control, or client-caused delays), we credit $500 per calendar day for completion delays attributable to us, per the terms of your agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to (a) provide safe, legal access to the property and utilities; (b) disclose known property conditions (asbestos, lead paint, structural issues) before work begins; (c) make the work area available during agreed working hours; and (d) timely approve design selections so as not to delay the schedule.

6. Warranties

Workmanship warranty coverage (2, 5, or 10 years depending on package) is provided in writing in your agreement and is transferable to a new property owner. Manufacturer material warranties pass through to you. The warranty excludes ordinary wear and tear, client modifications, and damage from misuse or third-party work.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Design Visionary' total liability arising from any project is limited to the amount paid by you for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, 3D renders, and marketing materials are the property of Home Design Visionary or its licensors. Design deliverables provided to you are licensed for use at the subject property only.

9. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel a signed project within three (3) business days of signature without charge, as required by applicable state cooling-off laws. Later cancellations may be responsible for costs incurred (permits, materials, labor) as itemized in your agreement. We may suspend work for non-payment after written notice.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution, then non-binding mediation, before pursuing binding arbitration or litigation in Rapides Parish, Louisiana.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or submit false or unlawful information through our forms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date you sign a project agreement applies to that project.
