After the on-site walkthrough you receive an itemized, fixed-price proposal. The number you sign is the number you pay. The only thing that changes the price is a scope change you request in writing.

Bathrooms run 3–4 weeks, kitchens 6–8 weeks, and whole-home renovations 3–5 months. Your dates are written into the contract, protected by our $500-per-day on-time guarantee.
